Care of Garments
While we take every reasonable care during the washing and drying process, Vesta Laundrette cannot accept responsibility for:
- Damage to buttons, zips, buckles, sequins, or decorative items Shrinkage or colour loss
- Wear and tear due to normal washing or drying
- Customers are responsible for checking and emptying all pockets.
- We accept no liability for damage caused by or loss of items left inside garments (e.g. pens, coins, keys, screws, crayons).
- Please check your items at the time of collection and delivery.
- Once items have left the premises, we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage.
Service Wash / Service Dry Responsibility
When leaving items for a Service Wash or Service Dry, the customer is responsible for ensuring that:
- All items are suitable for machine washing and/or tumble drying
- Items are separated correctly if more than one machine is required
- Items are separated correctly if more than one machine is required The wash temperature is clearly specified (Hot, Warm, or Cold)
- All items are safe for tumble drying.
- There are no items inside garments that could cause damage to clothing or machines
Please note: Nylon sheets, synthetic fabrics, and delicate materials must not be exposed to excessive heat, as this may cause damage.
